Required Forms: Please bring the following four signed forms and documents to the parent meeting:
-LCHA Royals Waiver and Release of Liability
-LCHA Royals Athlete/Parent/Coach Code of Conduct
-LCHA Royals Program Guidelines
Registration Fee, Forms, and Parent/Player attendance at the parent meeting are required in order for your athlete to participate in their first practice.
Athletes must be homeschooled. Those enrolled in any school, public, private, charter, e-learning, hybrid, K-12, Indiana Connections Academy, etc. are ineligible.
